	Training & Support Services On an ongoing basis, ICAA communicates with its members, energy advocates, utility companies, elected officials and the IDHFS Office of Energy Assistance to assess and identify the training and support service needs of the energy assistance network in Illinois. ICAAs training and support service activities include: ICAA designs and implements training activities that address programmatic problem areas identified by IDHFS and CAAs. ICAA provides training designed to foster better working relationships between the IDPA and the CAAs. ICAA conducts roundtable discussions with energy coordinators and CAA directors. ICAA works with its own Professional Development Committee and the IDHFS Policy Advisory Committee to discuss possible improvements in LIHEAP program delivery.
