	Training & Support Services On an ongoing basis, IACAA communicates with its members, energy advocates, utility companies, elected officials and the IDHFS Office of Energy Assistance to assess and identify the training and support service needs of the energy assistance network in Illinois. IACAAs training and support service activities include: IACAA designs and implements training activities that address programmatic problem areas identified by IDHFS and CAAs. IACAA provides training designed to foster better working relationships between the IDPA and the CAAs. IACAA conducts roundtable discussions with energy coordinators and CAA directors. IACAA works with its own Professional Development Committee and the IDHFS Policy Advisory Committee to discuss possible improvements in LIHEAP program delivery.
